VIBRATING SALT FLUID BED DRYER

At Serra, we have developed our ownFluid Bed Dryer Technology, designed to provide continuous, efficient drying solutions for all salt types (sea salt, rock salt, vacuum salt, and lake salts) and various particle sizes.
Our fluid-bed system processes a continuous flow of salt particles or flakes over a perforated bed, with hot drying air blown through a perforated plate. The product is conveyed using a low-frequency, high-amplitude shaker mechanism, ensuring uniform drying with reduced time, lower temperatures, and a first-in, first-out drying process for optimal salt quality.
